Our Mission
We are an artisan micro-roastery dedicated to two things: uncompromised quality and animal rescue. Every single bag is roasted to order in small, precise batches, using only the finest ethically sourced, fair-trade beans. We don’t mass-produce, and we don’t compromise on flavor. For us, roasting exceptional specialty coffee is how we fuel your day, and how we give back to local animal shelters, ensuring every rescue gets a fighting chance
Our Story
Before she became the face of this brand, Wanda was a survivor, a small kitten with one eye, countless scars, and a spirit that refused to quit. She had been hit by a car and left in the road, fighting through surgeries and setbacks with a resilience far bigger than her tiny frame
One morning, while drinking a cup of coffee and scrolling the Thomas J O'Connor animal shelter site, I found her. She was all the way in the back, the last cat in the back row of the shelter, alone and overlooked. I brought her home that same day, and she's been my best friend and greatest joy ever since.
Wanda changed my life, and she inspired this company.
One Eye Wanda Coffee Roasters exists because of her strength and because every animal deserves the same chance she got. That's why we donate 1% of all proceeds to local shelters like TJO, helping more animals find safety, healing, and a home.

At One Eye Wanda Coffee Roasters, we’re a true micro‑roaster. Small batches, tight control, and a promise to stay true to our roots.
As a subscriber, you get to pick between our single‑origin coffees and our hand‑crafted blends, each roasted to bring out every bit of character. When Wanda brings in a rare micro‑lot, that coffee is offered exclusively to subscription members. Never sold publicly, never shared outside the subscription list.
Because we roast small, spots are limited. Once we hit our max, we close the list to protect the quality that makes Wanda… Wanda.
